In 2014 FLC acquired 268 remaining homesites at Arlington Ridge from the bank that foreclosed on the property several years earlier after the original developer failed. In addition, we acquired the community's 18-hole golf course and an on-site sales office, and we became the Declarant for the Arlington Ridge Community Association.

Then in September 2015, FLC acquired approximately 319 additional homesites in Arlington Ridge's undeveloped final phase.  We are currently developing this phase.

In addition to the Arlington Ridge Golf Club, amenities include two swimming pools, spa, fitness center, crafts center, community cinema, a 400 seat multi-purpose building, and an on-site restaurant and tavern.
