In 2011 FLC acquired from the original developer the rights to build the final 72 homes in Legacy of Leesburg in Leesburg, Florida.

In 2014, we also purchased the final undeveloped phase and created 38 additional home sites, including several premium waterfront sites. In addition, we acquired a number of lots from private owners, so that in total we are constructing approximately 125 homes on the Legacy property thus far.

For the past decade, Legacy has been one of Central Florida's premiere over-55 adult communities. It offers a unique natural setting wtih more than 100 acres set aside for conservation, along with a full complement of recreational facilities, including clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness center and a variety of sports courts.

FLC homes in Legacy of Leesburg currently range from 1,300 to 2,500 square feet and are priced from the $160's to the high $200's.
