Although we have concentrated on the single family housing industry, our company also has experience in many facets of real estate, including multi-family (condos and apartments), commercial (office and retail), and raw land acquisition and disposition.  We have in-house licensees for real estate brokerage, general contracting, community association management and mortgage brokerage.  In addition, we have established relationships with a team of outside professionals, which allows us to accomplish virtually every real estate related task.
